Suction Press Roll

With the increase of paper machine running speed, dehydration requirements in press section is more and more higher. Therefore, Suction press was designed for obtaining better dewatering performance by using suction force to absorb the water gathered in front of the press zone, so as to maintain good drainability and further extend service lift of press felt.    

-The upper roll of suction press is normally stone roll and bottom is suction roll, which has a single or double vacuum chamber. It is made of SS shell with hole drilled, surface is covering with hole rubber. 

-Suction press is mainly used for running medium & high speed machine.
