Centricleaner

Centricleaner, low consistency cleaner / Low Density Cleaner, we can also call it LDC for short. 

Application Principle
Centicleaners are used to remove small contaminants. The separation principle is always the same – contaminants can be separated from fibers of different densities.

When the waste paper is broken up in the pulper, the waste paper pulp will contain more impurities, including high density impurities such as small rocks, sand, packaging nails, glass flakes, etc., and low density impurities such as wood chips, resin and grease, etc. when various impurities in waste paper pulp are treated by HDC, MDC and various pressure screens, there are still contain some fine impurities with a density close to fiber, such as fine sand, lime Powder, foam, oil wax and glue and so on.
When the high-speed paper machine produces all kinds of high-grade carton cardboard or low gsm cardboard, these fine impurities will form black spots or wet spots on the paper surface after the calender, which will affecting the surface cleanliness, bursting strength, folding strength, smoothness and other physical properties of the paper. So the purpose of the Centricleaner is to remove such fine impurities.
