High/Middle Density Cleaner

High density cleaner are large diameter forward cleaners capable of processing several hundred tons of fiber per day, generally installed after the Pulper, this cleaning systems is the Early Separation of heavy contaminants, are specifically designed to remove coarse or fine heavy and lightweight contaminants such as rocks, nuts, bolts, nails, paperclips, staples, glass, and other heavy debris from stock, as well as to remove the entrained air.

Main Function

►The High Density Cleaners provides a clean fiber material but also reduces wear and tear on the downstream equipment.

►High Density Cleaners are used for recovered paper stock preparation system, approach flow systems, and stock preparation systems with virgin fibers.

►It can minimize fiber loss, and the rejects have to be removed before going into subsequent cleaner stages.

Middle Density Clearner / Medium-Consistency Clearner

In the cleaning system, after the HDC then it will be the Middle Density Clearner / Medium-Consistency Clearner, also call it MDC for short.

The Medium-consistency cleaner are used on the stock preparation line and it can also used on the approach flow system before the paper machine headbox, it gets the same function as the above HDC, in the medium consistency stock, the remaining heavy small particles such as sand or small stone particles after the HDC, will be selectively removed from the fiber stock by Middle Density cleaner centrifugal separation.
